In accordance with North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 10B, our role is strictly limited to verifying identity, confirming willingness and awareness, and legally authenticating signatures. What identification and preparation are required for a mobile notary signing?

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport) with a name matching the document exactly. Additionally, all documents requiring notarization must be present and fully completed (excluding signatures, which must be witnessed in person by the notary).

Can a mobile notary come to a hospital, senior living community, or secure facility in the Triangle area?

Yes, Integrity Ink specializes in mobile notarizations at hospitals, assisted living facilities, memory care centers, rehabilitation facilities, and correctional institutions. We coordinate directly with family members, patient advocates, or care coordinators to ensure smooth access. A brief pre-appointment intake call is required for secure facility visits to confirm signer readiness and facility protocols.

How do I book and pay for a mobile notary appointment with Integrity Ink?

Appointments are secured with advance payment during booking to confirm travel dispatch and hold your dedicated time slot. In accordance with North Carolina law, statutory notary fees are charged per signature, while travel and administrative service fees cover priority scheduling, travel, and pre-appointment document review.

What cities and counties do you serve for mobile notary and loan signing appointments?

Integrity Ink provides mobile notary and estate signing services throughout the Research Triangle area, including Durham, Wake, and Orange counties. Our primary service coverage includes Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, and Hillsborough. Custom travel quotes are available for appointments beyond a 25-mile radius in surrounding North Carolina communities.

Are mobile notary services available on weekends, evenings, or holidays in Raleigh-Durham?

Yes, Integrity Ink offers flexible scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday mobile notary appointments across the Triangle. Priority and after-hours availability can be booked directly online or by phone, with transparent travel and administrative fees detailed during scheduling.

Cancellations

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling with 24 or more hours' notice carries no penalty. Cancellations made under 24 hours are billed at 50% of the service fee, while cancellations under 2 hours or client no-shows are billed at 100% to cover reserved travel dispatch and scheduled time slots.

Documents and Signing

Do I need a witness for my notary appointment, and can Integrity Ink provide one?

Certain documents—such as North Carolina deeds, estate planning instruments, or healthcare directives—require one or two disinterested witnesses. If you do not have witnesses available, Integrity Ink can coordinate independent witnesses for your appointment for an additional service fee

Can you print and prepare my documents before the appointment?

Yes, Integrity Ink offers full document printing, organizing, and tabbing services. Clients or partner firms can securely transmit digital PDF documents in advance. We print, review, and prepare signature tabs prior to traveling to your designated location.

Integrity Ink provides turn-key apostille and document authentication services processed through the North Carolina Secretary of State.
